Let me give you some tips~ 

Put sone flour on your hand and arm~
to prevent from hurting your hand and arm~
also to make your hand not slippery when you hold the rope~
hahahhahahaha~
there was a dumb dumb who put BABY POWDER on their house member's hand~ 
and the rope!
hahahahaha!!! does he even know why we put flour on our hand?
Baby powder make your skin smooth man!
(sorry I might sound so bad~ but..I really hate this dude..zzz)
another tips is that...
always remember to make a small hole for your heel on the ground~
so that you can fit your heel in that hole which will help you to be stable~
I can't really make the hole.. >.<
so..my Katak friend~
Khai Teq helped me to make the hole on the ground for all games..
about...6 games??? o.O?

After making a hole on the ground for your heel~

Start to hold your rope~

 (my blur face..=.= due to used up alot of energy~)

Wider the gap between your feets~ to be more stable~

After using so much of energy~

our battery went from 100% to30%???

Our hands were shaking + burning + pain like hell!!!

it felt so good~ but it was still painful!
