jsut to make myself tired..

go for swimming for about 1hour...
swim many laps...

do homework..
still cannot sleep..

I'm super duper tired and sleepy..
but I cant sleep...
these few days I cant sleep...
sleep at 3..wake at 4..pro dao...

I seriously need sleep..

although i didnt sleep..
I wont feel tired after I go into the school..
